Kids train under constant coach supervision. Live contact is introduced slowly with safety gear. We can advise on starter gear before you purchase.



Kids 6–14 for Bully Proof programs; teens and adults for MMA, kickboxing, grappling, and self-defence.
Begin with Asylum MMA & Kickboxing or Women’s Self-Defence 101. We’ll place you based on goals and schedule.
Yes—4Wolves Kickboxing is free every Friday. Trials may be available for other programs. Ask if there is a specific program you are interested in
